14-day trial with a card

Choose a trial or pay immediately during activation. A card is required for the trial; Stripe confirms the date of the first charge. Branded Portal is available during the trial if selected. After the trial, the base plan and your selected add-ons are billed at the regular total shown here.

Do reviewers need an account?

No. Each reviewer receives a secure personal link and can review in their browser.

What does Branded Portal include?

Your logo, colours and review domain, plus branded emails with editable templates. Your team workspace and billing stay in ApprovalDock.

Which files can I review?

JPG, JPEG, PNG and WebP images, PDF files, MP3 and WAV audio, and browser-compatible MP4 video.

How large can my files be?

Each uploaded file can be up to 5 GB.

How do the trials work?

The 14-day trial needs a payment card and continues as a paid subscription unless cancelled. A 14-day trial by personal invitation needs no card and ends automatically.

What happens when a file changes?

The new version needs review. Earlier versions and their approval history remain visible.

Can I set reminders or a deadline?

Yes. You can set reminders and an optional deadline for each project.

When are final files removed?

You can keep files indefinitely by choosing this in workspace settings. By default, files are removed after the selected retention period, which starts after final approval.

Can I change storage or Branded Portal later?

Yes. Storage and Branded Portal add-ons can be changed at any time.
